During his 13 years in the role, Burns & McDonnell grew employment 400%, revenue 1000%, and had an average ROI for his shareholders of over 25%. His proudest accomplishment as CEO however was Burns & McDonnell being named one of Fortune Magazine’s 100 Best Places to Work 10 times including being named #14 in 2015.
